Originally from Goddard, Kansas, I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Kansas State University, where I discovered and cultivated my passion for sculpture. Over the years, I continued to develop this passion alongside my architectural career. Before founding Red Sketch, I accumulated over 25 years of experience in architecture, which now informs and inspires my sculptural work.

In the name

The firm’s name originates from the medium I most often use for my designs—a red pen—which led to the initial concepts being referred to as a "Red Sketch."
